Before being diagnosed with cancer, the actor was given a minor role in the film Zombieland by Ruben Fleischer.
The co-writer of the film, Rhett Reese, told ShockTillYouDrop.com that Swayze played a zombie who attacks Woody Harrelson’s and Jesse Eisenberg’s characters in the comedy/horror.
Unfortunately, Swayze lost his battle with cancer last week (September 15). However, the disease did not stop him from filming episodes for the television series The Beast.
Zombieland will hit theatres on October 2.
