McCartney gave a great performance at the Brit Awards last night (February 20), according to FemaleFirst.
The former Beatle, who is in a bitter divorce battle with Heather Mills, has vowed to get back to doing what he does best. McCartney was given the Outstanding Contribution award at the London ceremony. When accepting the award, presented by Kylie Minogue, McCartney said, "I was privileged to be in The Quarrymen, The Beatles and Wings. I do think British music is the best."
The musician performed some of his biggest hits, including Get Back, Dance Tonight and Live and Let Die, which he dedicated to his late wife, Linda.
