According to ITV News, the financial agreement has been made public between Mills and the former Beatle.
If the arrangement is not contested, it will be the most expensive divorce in the history of Britain. A support amount of nearly $5 million may also be paid until the couple’s daughter turns 18 years old.
A clause was also added to the divorce settlement that neither party may speak publicly about their four year marriage.
A source close to the couple has confirmed that the financial details have already been accepted from both sides, however nothing will be made permanent until a February court date.
