The rock musician, who had a rocky relationship with model Kate Moss, which ended last year, has been dating a 19-year-old model, Portia Freeman, for over one month.
A friend of Doherty’s revealed, "Portia is probably the best thing to happen to Pete. She is a very clean-living girl and not at all into drugs."
Doherty met Freeman through his former girlfriend Lisa Moorish, with whom he has a four-year-old son.
When Freeman met Doherty, she was dating musician Stuart Le Page, but ended that relationship when she started seeing Doherty.
