Philips presents Lumea, its new handheld laser hair remover uses IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technololgy that results in permanent hair removal.
This new device by Philips sends pulses of light to hair roots. The hair falls out immediately and does not grow back as quickly.
The laser hair remover has different light pulses that are adapted to the colour of skin and hair.
