Pierce Brosnan To Open Restaurant

The former James Bond is not impressed with the quality of the food in Los Angeles, and has decided to go into the restaurant business himself. 

The star thinks that spicier Indian food than what can already be found in California, could be a great alternative to American food.

An insider says, "He’s shopping around for a chef. He’s gone all the way to Mumbai, India to find one. He thinks it’s time that LA had some quality Indian food.  And Pierce likes it hot!"
