The band Pink Floyd has filed a copyrights lawsuit against EMI record company, reports NME.com.
The rock group claims in the suit that EMI made a miscalculation regarding the copyright royalties due from the sale of Pink Floyd’s catalogue.
The group, however, has not disclosed the amount they are claiming in the lawsuit.
Pink Floyd signed with EMI in 1967.
