According to People, Pink’s publicist, Michelle Schweitzer, confirmed that the marriage between the popular singer and her motocross racer husband, Carey Hart, is over.
Schweitzer stated, "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another," says Schweitzer, adding, "While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."
The 28-year-old singer and the 32-year-old racer met in 2001 at the X Games. They separated for the first time in 2003, but then got back together and married in January 2006 in Costa Rica.
In August 2007, there were rumours that the couple was having problems, but Hart had denied it saying it was "just a bunch of trash talk."
