Pippa Middleton opened a charity Christmas sale yesterday (29.11.12).

The brunette beauty – younger sister of Britain’s Duchess Catherine – wore the same red coast she donned on a recent date to declare the designer sale at a Red Cross shop in London open.

Pippa had been invited to open the specialist designer and vintage sale at the British Red Cross shop in Chelsea, which has been keeping aside the very best donated fashion items for the occasion.

Customers will be able to buy stunning pieces from Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Marc Jacobs and Dior at hugely reduced prices in time for Christmas with all proceeds going to the charity.

While she has there, Pippa, 29, took time to speak to the shop’s volunteers and she impressed them with her down-to-earth attitude.

Shop volunteer Norma Buhler told the MailOnline: ”It was such a pleasure to meet Pippa. She was so sweet, it is so amazing of here to come and do this for the Red Cross – she said she often walks past and looks in and she wanted to do something for us.”
