Plan B and Paul Weller to play free shows

Plan B, Paul Weller and Nas are among the artists who will perform free London gigs as part of the Converse: Represent series of shows.

Plan B, Paul Weller and Nas are to headline free gigs in London.

The trio are among a number of acts who will perform at the city’s 100 Club as part of Converse’s Represent series.

The nine shows kick off on July 30 with Plan B topping a bill that also features L Marshall, Yuna and Jacob Banks, followed by a punk extravaganza headlined by UK Subs on July 31.

Paul Weller headlines on August 1 with support from Spiritualized, Towns and 2:54. The August 2 headliner has yet to be announced.

SBTRKT will top the bill on August 6, while Santigold, Django Django and Best Coast perform on August 7 and Toots And The Maytals headline on August 8.

Overkill and Pulled Apart By Horses perform on August 9, with the final show, on August, 10, seeing Nas, Kano and Speech Debelle taking to the stage.
