The civil ceremony will be held on April 8 at the Windsor castle.
In an official memo, the Prince of Wales stated, "Mrs Parker Bowles and I are absolutely delighted. It will be a very special day for us and our families."
Camilla Parker Bowles will become the Duchess of Cornwall after the ceremony. This is a title she will maintain after the Prince has moved to the throne.
The wedding will put an end to years of speculation about this relationship. Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles met during a polo match in Windsor in 1970.
