According to Rolling Stone magazine, Prince is hoping to expand his Las Vegas empire with the new magazine.
The name of the publication will be 3121. The Purple Rain singer already owns a nightclub and restaurant with the same name in Vegas at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
At the moment, Prince, 48, is in talks with Vegas publishers, and the content of the magazine is yet unknown.
