Sarantakos, who is the estranged wife of Criss Angel, has named Diaz in official court documents as coming between her and her husband.
According to FemaleFirst, Sarantakos’ lawyer claims, "I will show with documentary evidence that my client was still with her husband, trying to save her marriage, at the same time Cameron Diaz was dating Criss Angel. I don’t know if Criss Angel lied to Cameron Diaz, and I and my client don’t wish her any bad publicity, but her press agent should be careful about what he says."
On Monday, a spokesperson for Cameron Diaz declared that when she began dating Angel in May, he had already been separated for a year, and had already filed divorce documents.
The lawyer for Sarantakos plans to reveal the proof next week.
