Quebec City’s Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB) has been ranked as the 2nd best airport in Canada by CasinosHunter. Its 1.1 million annual passengers can look forward to a pleasant and comfortable travel experience!
The experts at the “bargain hunter” platform, CasinosHunter, assigned a score out of 100 to the 25 airports operating in the country based on six factors: the number of direct flights abroad, lounges, restaurants, car rental companies, hotels within a three-kilometer radius and the number of airlines operating.
So, with 12 airlines and 34 destinations available, eight restaurants, seven on-site car rental companies and ten hotels within a three-kilometer radius, YQB scores 69.20 out of 100.
It ranks just behind Saskatoon’s John G. Diefenbaker Airport (YYT), which scored 72.11, and ahead of Newfoundland’s St. John’s International Airport (YTT), ranked3rd with a score of 60.96.
Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) also made it into the top 10. It came in 7th place with a score of 51.65. A fine average for Quebec!
