Quebecers Don’t Have Time to Eat Well

Several people in Quebec admit that their lack of time prevents them from eating well.

According to a Montreal press release, a recent national survey conducted by Harris Decima of Nutribar revealed that lack of time is the first obstacle for 37% of women in Quebec to maintain a healthy diet.

The survey also demonstrated that one out of two Quebecer women (42%) admit to skipping meals.

Out of all women in the country, there were more Quebec women in total who admitted to not having enough time to prepare balanced meals.

As a reflection of poor dieting, the survey revealed that one out of three women (36%) say they are not completely satisfied with their bodies.

Olympic speed skating champion, Natalie Lambert, mentioned that women who don’t have time to eat balanced meals often opt for meal replacements.
