Quentin Tarantino Takes an Interest in Jimi Hendrix

American filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has signed an agreement to bring the life of the late legendary guitarist, Jimi Hendrix, to the big screen.

The Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs and Kill Bill director has literally fallen in love with the scenario for the movie.  According to producers, Tarantino has been working in collaboration with the brother of the guitarist, Leon.

The director has also obtained exclusive access to the Hendrix music.  Interviews and live footage of the rock legend will also be used in the project.

Filming is set to begin at the end of the year in Seattle, New York, London and Toronto.
