According to Coco Perez, actress Rachel Bilson signed a deal to be the first ever eyewear ambassador for Sunglass Hut.
Besides being the company’s sunglasses ambassador, Bilson will make some public appearances and appear in ad campaigns.
The star also has the title of Style Advisor and will have her own blog on the company’s website where she will post interviews with celebrities.
Bilson said, "I was very flattered when Sunglass Hut approached me to do this. I can’t say what makes me a good style adviser for them, but I am a huge sunglasses addict. I don’t leave the house without [a pair]."
Fabio d’Angelantonio, chief executive officer of Sunglass Hut, said Bilson was chosen because the company "wanted a symbol of our philosophy, somebody who’s familiar and relevant to our target [consumer], but at the same time was herself sunglasses obsessed."
Rachel Bilson says she loves fashion and can’t wait to work with professionals who share the same passion.
