Yesterday (December 20), Eminem announced on his Shade 45 satellite radio station that the station will broadcast the Eminem and Jay-Z Home and Home Detroit concert at 8 pm on New Year’s Eve.
"As a special treat, for the listeners and the fans who missed the Home and Home concerts with me and Jay-Z, Shade 45 is gonna air my performance from the Detroit show this New Year’s Eve at 8 p.m.," said Eminem.
The Home and Home tour consisted of only four concerts, two at Comerica Park in Eminem’s hometown Detroit, and two at Yankee Stadium, in Jay-Z’s own New York City.
The tour was first announced during a Yankees-Tigers game on ESPN in May, when both rappers made a surprise appearance in the broadcast booth. Initially, only a single show was planned for each city, but a second night was added to each after both shows sold out.
As well as the superstar dual-headliners, the concert featured a variety of celebrity guests, including 50 Cent, Drake and Dr. Dre.
