Timothy Linh Bui wrote the screenplay and will also be the project’s director. According to Variety, the feature film is expected to begin shooting next month.
The drama follows four people who connect on Christmas Eve. Liotta will play an ex-con who has recently been released after serving 25 years behind bars. He reaches out to his daughter, played by Jessica Biel.
Liotta has just finished filming Crossing Over, another drama in which he stars with Harrison Ford and Sean Penn.
