Regal Lager recalls its sling CYBEX 2.GO. CYBEX is embroidered on the fabric covering on the top of the head support. "2.GO" is printed on an orange tag near the head support.
This product does not meet safety standards in Canada and the U.S. It affects over 3,000 baby carriers sold in Canada and the United States between August 2009 and April 2010 on various websites and in various furniture and baby product stores.
The carrier is available in the following colours: chili, indigo, purple and slate. A shoulder strap slider buckle can break, posing a fall hazard to babies.
Three cases have been reported to the company. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
