The actress denied the rumours claiming that she is planning to become Mrs. Jake Gyllenhaal, reports Orange News.

Rumours began to circulate about the couple making plans to take the plunge, after Witherspoon was seen wearing what looked like an engagement ring.
However, a rep for the actress has denied news of an engagement, stating, "No, no and no."
