The actress says that she supports her Walk the Line co-star, Joaquin Phoenix, with his choice to create a new career as a rapper.
"He’s very musical obviously. He knows what he’s doing. I’m not following his rap career but I’m sure his album, whenever it hits the stores, whenever it ‘drops’, I’m going to go pick it up," Witherspoon told Empire magazine.
Since Phoenix announced his plans to switch careers, he has made a few strange public appearances on television, particularly an odd interview with David Letterman several weeks ago.
