Lutfi, a friend and occasional manager of the pop star, is still forbidden from coming within 250 yards of Spears following a court order to extend the restraining order until March 17.
The decision was made after a request was filed by Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, who is now in control of his daughter’s $100 million fortune.
Mr. Spears has asked that the restraining order be extended, while the case regarding Britney Spears’ civil rights is being heard. Jamie Spears made the initial request for a restraining order because he claimed Lufti was drugging and controlling his daughter.
