According to Comingsoon.net, Reynolds would play the anti-hero Deadpool in the next Gavin Hood (Rendition) movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Kitsch would play Gambit. Other possible actors are Danny Huston (Marie Antoinette), who would play William Stryker and actress Lynn Collins in the role of Silver Fox.
Hugh Jackman would be playing Logan/Wolverine once again, while Liev Screiber will be Creed/Sabertooth. X-Men Origins: Wolverine shows Wolverine seeking revenge against Victor Creed for the death of his girlfriend and he goes through the mutant weapon X program.
The movie will be in theatres on May 1, 2009.
