According to the website Contactmusic, Martin, 35, has become the new owner of a Miami recording studio worth eight million American dollars.
Last February, the Puerto Rican singer put his Miami home up for sale and purchased an apartment in Manhattan.
The recording studio in Miami is also used by Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and Britney Spears.
