A $1 million lawsuit has been filed by photographer Luis Santana against Rihanna and Chris Brown, reports PerezHilton.
The photographer claims that the security team for the two stars brutally attacked him and broke his equipment.
"Once I got the pictures of Chris and Rihanna, Chris jumped out of the limo and his bodyguards began chasing me. One of the guys ripped my shirt off and grabbed me. They threw me to the ground and started kicking me," describes the cameraman.
Chris Brown’s spokesperson categorically denies that the singer was involved in the incident, which took place last May. On behalf of Rihanna, it was said that the story is deplorable and that it was blown out of proportion.
