Rihanna’s attorney, Donald Etra, told UsMagazine.com that his client may have to testify against Chris Brown if necessary.
"She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do. If she is required to testify, she will do so," he stated.
The singer was not present on Thursday (March 5) during Brown’s briefing at the Superior Court, where he was accused for criminal threats and assault.
"The fact is, Rihanna desires that it be quick and expeditious. She wants to get back to her life and her career," added her lawyer.
However, there were no comments regarding the rumours of Rihanna and Brown reconciling.
