Rihanna moves on

A new Rihanna album will be released with a bang.

Rihanna is ready to move on from the dark sound of her last release, Rated R. That album came on the heels of her rough break-up with R&B singer Chris Brown. Now Rihanna is ready to release her fifth studio album and it’s gonna be loud.

The first single debuted today (September 7) on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. Only Girl (In the World) is produced by Stargate who previously worked on other Rihanna hits like Don’t Stop the Music.

The singer held a chat with fans over the weekend and revealed the next album drops November 2.

She revealed: "I’m done recording the whole album. I made sure not to let you down with my music! You guys are always defending me, so now you’ve got some great songs to justify it. I didn’t want to go backward and remake [2007’s] Good Girl Gone Bad. I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it’s perfect for us."

As for the album title, Loud, Rihanna proclaimed: "I’m just gonna be ME, cuz that’s what u guys love the most, and that’s what makes me feel best. Just being normal, normal for me is LOUD! Sassy, fun, flirty, energetic."
