Starr posted a video on his Internet site asking fans not to send him any more mail.
"I want to tell you after the 20th of October please do not send fan mail to any address you have. Nothing will be signed after the 20th of October. If that is the date on the envelope, it’s going to be tossed," said the ex-Beatle.
He indicated that he’s too busy to read and reply to his fans.
This isn’t the first time that the 68-year-old singer has disappointed his admirers.
Despite the fact that his recent album was called Liverpool 8, he already stated that it would be unlikely that he’d be visiting Liverpool, his hometown.
