Castle Rock has chosen actor, director, producer and screenwriter, Rob Reiner, to direct the Book of Shadows.
The adventure flick follows a young man who finds his first love and goes on a quest to close the mythical book entitled Book of Shadows in order to restore balance in the world.
Reiner will also produce the project with Alan Greisman and Ron Casdan.
The last film Reiner directed was The Bucket List in 2007 and Rumor Has It. He also starred in Edtv and The Story of Us.
