According to Britain’s Daily Mirror, Hamilton had worked with William’s on the song She’s Madonna before asking the Pet Shop Boys to finish the song.
Ashley Hamilton, 31, revealed, "The next thing I know, a producer’s ringing me up to say congratulations for getting my song on Robbie’s record. I didn’t know what he was talking about! I was shocked. When you work with someone, you’re legally entitled to a share of the publishing. I have demos of the tape and will see him in court if I have to."
Hamilton claims that he asked Williams about the song, and Williams threatened to remove the track from his album, entitled Rudebox. Robbie Williams claimed to have written the song three years ago after seeing Madonna at the MTV Europe Awards.
