According to The Hollywood Reporter, Williams has joined the cast of the comedy.
The story follows divorced parents who team together to prevent their daughter from making the same mistake they did. They will even kidnap her on her wedding day. In the meantime, the former couple find their own romance still burning while trying to escape the police and their furious daughter.
A director has not yet been hired for the project.
We can next see Robin Williams in the comedy Old Dogs, opening on November 25. John Travolta and Justin Long will also star in the film.
