According to Contactmusic, Stewart wishes the former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney the best in his divorce battle with Heather Mills. The Baby Jane singer also added that he doesn’t believe that McCartney physically abused his wife during their marriage.
Heather Mills has filed official court documents claiming that McCartney abused her. Stewart, 61, said, "I think he should fight her. I think his name has been slurred. I’m sure that he is not a wife-beater."
