Rolling Stones Offers Free Concert

More than two million people attended a free concert offered by the Rolling Stones in Rio de Janeiro.

Saturday, the legendary rock group played for the largest crowd in music history.  More than 10,000 police officers were on hand to help control the massive crowd at the Bigger Bang world tour.

Eight giant screens were necessary to allow all of the concert-goers to view the free show.  The city of Rio de Janeiro payed $750,000 US to bring the Stones to Rio for their annual Carvaval celebration.
