Rudy Giuliani is currently back in front of a judge for a hearing concerning his non-payment in the defamation case – over US$150 million – he lost a few months ago against two Georgia election workers he had defamed.

Problem is, Rudy lost it when questioned by the judge.

At a court hearing, ahead of a trial scheduled for January to determine the assets he must hand over to the two women he defamed, Giuliani interrupted the court to plead his inability to pay his bills, taking the opportunity to accuse the judge, pointing the finger at him.

Giuliani criticized the judge, whom he calls a left-wing extremist, saying it was unfair to treat him as if he refused to abide by the verdict, given that he no longer owns anything.

He said he had no car, no credit card, no cash and was unable to pay his bills.

After being shouted down by Giuliani, the judge immediately warned him that he would no longer be able to speak in court, unless he testified under oath.

Giuliani was convicted of defaming two election workers, who won a $148 million verdict from a jury in Washington, D.C., after Giuliani destroyed their reputations by repeating lies that they had attempted to steal the 2020 U.S. presidential election for Trump.

The two women have been seeking to seize Giuliani’s assets for several months now, but he is doing everything in his power to evade the verdict and has completely disregarded orders to hand over his assets.

Rudy Giuliani will be back in court on January 16, 2025, after his request to postpone the trial so he could attend Donald Trump’s inauguration was denied.
