The Hollywood Reporter announced that Sanders, who has been working in the advertising industry until now, is in negotiations to direct his first film, The Low Dweller.
The film is being produced by Leonardo DiCaprio’s company, Appian Way, and Ridley Scott’s Scott Free Production.
The Low Dweller tells the story of a Midwestern man who, upon leaving prison, is followed and haunted by someone from his past. DiCaprio is expected to play a role in the film.
Rupert Sanders is also involved in the action film The Wild Geese, produced by Gianni Nunnari (300).
