In a statement released Thursday, the 41 year-old actor and Nestor Estrada, the Manhatten hotel concierge, have agreed to a financial settlement for Crowe assualting Estrada with a telephone.
In June, Crowe threw a telephone at Estrada because he was furious that he was unable to place a long-distance call to his wife in Australia.
The actor who was in New York to promote his film Cinderella Man, was charged with second degree assault. Deteals of the settlement have not been disclosed.
