Reynolds has decided to enter the race, taking place on November 2, to raise money for Parkinson’s Disease.
Other stars planning to make it to the finish line include Katie Holmes and Sean "Diddy" Combs.
Reynolds, who recently wed actress Scarlett Johansson, says that he was inspired by his father, who has battled Parkinson’s Disease for 15 years. He is also running the race on behalf of another Canadian, Michael J. Fox, who suffers from the same illness.
