Sandra Bullock’s hubby keeps full custody

The ex-wife of Sandra Bullock’s husband is still not allowed to visit her 6-year old daughter.

According to the Daily News, a judge has denied visitation rights to Janine Lindemulder but allows her to make daily phone calls to her daughter, Sunny, her child with Jesse James.

Lindemulder and James appeared at a hearing in Orange County but James’ wife, Sandra Bullock, was not present.

It seems James is not very happy that his ex-wife has the right to these daily calls. She has to stay four months in a halfway house for violating conditions of her parole.

James say, "She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny. But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call."

James goes on to explain that Lindemulder has problems filtering the information she gives her daughter. He says his daughter has been told certain details about prison that are not age appropriate.

Bullock’s husband also accuses Lindemulder of missing four of the last five arranged visits with Sunny, including one on Christmas Day.

James has had full custody of his daughter, with Bullock, since last year.

Another hearing is scheduled for June 14 and until then James and Lindemulder must attend therapy sessions once a month.

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James got married in July 2005.
