Starpulse.com reports that designer Olivier Theyskens assured the actress that nobody had worn or had been photographed wearing the Nina Ricci gown before her. The star showed up for a party wearing the dress at Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan last week.
SJP quickly discovered that Lindsay Lohan wore the same dress to a party earlier this year, and that Lauren Santo Domingo flaunted it for the cameras at the Costume Institute Gala in New York last month.
Parker expressed her fury, saying, "Look, my affection for the dress hasn’t changed, but what they did was so short-sighted. It’s just unethical and disappointing that they would allow the dress to be worn again."
The star commented on Theyskens, "I just wish it had been handled differently and they had been straight about it."
