The star confirmed the news to People magazine.  Porter has already moved out of the apartment that she shared with Combs.  The actress and model has moved into a new home in Los Angeles.

Rumours regarding the couple’s problems have been circulating for several weeks.  The rumours were fueled last week when Combs was accused of having a relationship with actress Sienna Miller.

Combs and Porter have been together on-and-off for more than 10 years.  They have three children, including twins who were born last December.
