Yesterday (November 4), we learned that the estranged couple’s 16-year-old son, Hopper, was arrested last week, but we now know that he will not be facing any charges.
Hopper was detained after the police, who paid a visit to his Malibu high school, found drugs on him. FemaleFirst reported that the drugs he had in his possession were actually prescription drugs, and that the allegations were totally unjustified.
Meanwhile, Robin Wright Penn, who also has an 18-year-old daughter with Sean, explained that she moved away from Hollywood to give her kids a better home.
