According to In Touch Weekly magazine, Blair’s new boyfriend, model Matt Felker, is planning to propose to the actress for her 35th birthday, which will take place on June 23.
Blair, who starred in the film The Sweetest Thing, divorced her first husband, Ahmet Zappa, last summer. She and Felker have been dating since January.
