The actress, who turns 62 tomorrow (October 4), agreed to be photographed for the book Hollywood Pin-ups, by Timothy White.
In the photograph, Sarandon is shown lying on her back, wearing only fishnet stockings and a feather boa. The star admitted that she had a blast spending time in a fantasy world of pin-up models.
The book also contains shots of Kate Hudson, Mary-Kate Olsen and Molly Sims, all photographed with inspiration from the 1940s.
Sarandon has previously stated that she has no problems with the aging process. She has never had any cosmetic surgery, although she is not against other women choosing to go under the knife. According to her, women should have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies if it makes them feel good.
