Shakira’s new Spanish record

The Colombian singer is putting out a new Spanish-language record, Sale el Sol, in fal 2010.

Shakira will launch her new Spanish-language record Sale el Sol in the U.S. November 2, reports Relaxnews.

This will be the 33-year-old star’s seventh record. Shakira’s Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), the official anthem of the FIFA 2010 World Cup, is currently a huge hit.

This romantic followup to 2009’s She Wolf  will be heavily influenced by Colombian and Dominican music,

This record will be "both Latin and rock," says the singer. "For me, this disc is twofold. On the one hand, it is about love and strong emotions of the other hand, it is also very happy, " she added.

Shakira worked with the Puerto Rican rap duo Calle 13 and with Pitbull, a rapper from Miami on the record.

A free download of the first single may well be available in early fall 2010.

On September 15, Shakira will begin her 21-concert  North American tour, then travel to Europe for more dates. She’ll also be visiting  Latin America and Asia.before the end of the tour.
