According to FemaleFirst, the two stars were spotted kissing recently at a Hollywood restaurant.  Locklear has known Spade for a long time, and the two were re-introduced by their respective managers.

Locklear and Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora were married for 11 years.  Divorce papers were filed on December 26, 2005.
