At the premier of her film The Namesake, directed by Mira Nair, Coppola, 35, was in the arms of her companion, Thomas Mars. The director of the films Lost in Translation and Marie Antoinette said of her new role, "It’s a new experience. It’s exciting."
Coppola added that she spends a lot of time at home with her baby. She explained, "Right now I’m focusing on that. The baby is only three months old. It’s a lot of heating bottles."
