Sophie Turner’s wolf tattoo is fake

Sophie Turner has revealed the tattoos and blonde hair she sported in a new Instagram photo are fake, and purely for her role in new movie ‘Hunstville’.

Sophie Turner’s wolf tattoo is fake – and she has only got it for her role in new movie ‘Huntsville’.

The 20-year-old actress sent Instagram users into a frenzy on Tuesday (08.16.16) after she posted a photo that showed off an arm full of tattoos, including one of a wolf that fans theorized was an homage to her ‘Game of Thrones’ character Sansa Stark, who’s house sigil is a wolf.

Sophie has now put an end to speculation about her inkings, admitting that all of the body art pieces are fake and for her part as Josie in the drama, a role for which she has also dyed her hair a non-natural blonde.

Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’ at Variety’s Power of Young Hollywood event in Los Angeles, she said: "The wolf tattoo is for a new movie. It’s not real, no. It’s not real. And the hair is fake, everything’s fake!"

Although the ‘X Men: Apocalypse’ star is sporting blonde locks for her new movie role, she was quick to defend redheads, squashing the theory that blondes have more fun.

Sophie – who has flame colored hair to portray Sansa – said: "Naturally I am a blonde, but not this blonde. I can assure you that blondes do have more fun … Actually no I take that back, I really had a good time as a redhead. I am [going back to red] soon, season seven is coming up."

Speaking about the next series of the HBO fantasy drama, Sophie revealed that she is interested to see how Sansa’s relationship with her half-brother Jon Snow – played by Kit Harington – will pan out now that there are questions about his heritage.

She said: "It will be very interesting to see how their relationship develops – Sansa and Jon’s. Especially now … her knowing that he’s not a Stark. It’ll be very interesting."
