People magazine reported that Spears and Federline’s lawyers were called back into court this morning concerning the custody of the two children.
A source told People magazine that this hearing was requested by Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan who claims that Spears did not respect her obligations to pass drug and alcohol tests. Spears and Federline did not need to attend this hearing.
An outside lawyer declared, "If Spears hasn’t been following drug-testing procedures, ultimately the court could suspend all her visitation rights until she follows court orders. Her mistakes will stack up against her."
