According to the website TMZ, the two have made a temporary agreement for the month of January.
Spears, 25, will have the children for the majority of the time. Federline, 28, will be allowed to visit the boys, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months, three times each week for four hours until the end of January.
When Spears filed for a divorce on November 7, she asked for full custody of the children. The following day, Federline responded with the same request.
